Kelly is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist, she uses massage techniques and sports massage sessions to complement Pilates in helping people to recover from injury and improve the overall condition of their bodies.
She uses a range of techniques to treat clients including myofascial release, soft tissue release and deep tissue massage to help release areas of tension, improve posture and aid in tissue healing where there has been injury.
Kelly is committed to her professional development and regularly attends workshops and courses to improve and increase her skill set.
