Why Physio led Pilates?
Physiotherapists have an excellent knowledge of the human body particularly the musculoskeletal system. They are also experts in movement and posture. Physio Led Pilates gives you all the benefits of Pilates - strength, mobility, posture and balance - combined with the clinical knowledge and personalised guidance of a physiotherapist.
Physio led Pilates are exercises designed for people who suffer from back pain, neck pain, postural problems and more. When you attend a class taken by a physiotherapist you don't need to be concerned about certain exercises making your back pain worse as your instructor will be able to modify exercises suited to your needs.

Julie’s Pilates classes are one of the few things that have helped me with sciatica pain.
